FITHOLIC is a new lifestyle brand that offers a fitness centre, healthy kitchen and entertainment. This is a first of its kind concept in Bulgaria and for its home an old industrial building in the centre of Burgas is chosen. The investment plan of the new tenants envisages a reconstruction of 835 square metres into a fitness, a dance hall and a restaurant, maintaining the frame structure of the building and all existing brick walls, new ventilation and air conditioning, reconstruction of the existing water and electrical installations, renovation of the facade.

After a series of innovative projects, Think Forward and Urbana Architects are selected for creating and implementing the architectural concept of the unique brand. The industrial style is predetermined by the function of the building and the surrounding brick housing. The building is stripped down to supporting structure in order the construction of its exterior-interior unity to begin. The façade is clad with clinker tiles which enter boldly into the interior alongside the powerful one metre plinth of black marble acrylic plaster. The Inconspicuous black powder coated aluminum windows almost disappear to involve even more the self-supporting facade.

The existing entrance on the ground floor remains, followed by a reception and a staircase leading to the intermediate level, a restaurant to the left, a storage area, toilets for customers, a dance hall to the right  separated by a translucent glass door. An office, a bathroom and an archive are located on the intermediate level. The existing granite tiles flooring is replaced by a self-leveling Ardex flooring, which is used on the ground floor, the intermediate level and the staircase to the second floor. There a fitness /cardio area and an area for heavy workouts/, a relaxation area, newly built changing rooms for men and women, solarium, infrared cabin, massage room, boiler room are located. An independent exit via external staircase to Fitholic private parking serves as an additional emergency exit. The industrial interior is complemented by Technogym fitness equipment.
